Whenever i run WSUS Offline latest version [11.7.2] it asks to update itself even though there is no update released.

why does it think that ?

if you need more information, please dont hesitate to ask to post the log file or screen shot

Did you disable the Windows Script Host on your system?

Can you please extract the wsusoffline1172.zip archive to a new directory (with a short name) and try again, to see if that changes anything about the several issues?

ok tried extracting, and put it in a very top folder near the root but still the problem does not go away

Something is wrong on your system. Please clean up your %TEMP% directory and try again. To do that, you could use Disk Cleanup Wizard, or delete the files yourself. While you're at it, please also check the permissions of that directory.
