wget64.exe appcrash when run UpdateGenerator

You have to use the latest version of WOU, it already contains a workaround for the scroll-crashbug.

I downloaded "28.05.2018 Version 11.4 released. See Download area " already
But the wget64.exe appcrash still here,
I think "wsusoffline114\wsusoffline\bin\wget64" have a problem,

Could you post the APPCRASH text (from Event Viewer)?

I want to upload photo, but it show "Sorry, the board attachment quota has been reached."

For the UpdateGenerator, i selected Windows 7 /Server 2008 R2 and x86Global(multilingual updates)

You're using Windows 7 for downloading, correct?
Did you install EMET?
If you double-click wget64.exe does it return something more useful?
Is wget.exe working for you (double click)?

A few EMET mitigations are troublesome, e. g. EAF+.

I using win7 to download
No something happen when i double click wget64.exe
I can't find EMET on my computer, i think which did not installed on my computer
