My wsusoffline download updates w100 for version 1511 ... but my computers works on 1709 and its not the same updates ( for example i dont care of kb4074591 ) , what can i do to choose the good updates ?

As MS does not make any difference between the different versions of Windows 10, wsusou will download the most recent update for all of them.
As soon as the support for one version drops (1511 next month), we will exclude the updates for that version.
