Subject: end of support for Office 2007

According to http://download.wsusoffline.net/:
Version 11.0.2 "will be the last one supporting Office 2007" and Version 11.0.3 "will be the VERY last one supporting Office 2007".
It's my understanding that I can save a subset of my wsusoffline folder (with the Office 2007 updates) by using the "Create ISO..." feature of the update generator, but I can't find any instructions/documentations on how to use this feature. Would I just select "Office 2007"and nothing else, and then run the update generator? Would this repeat the downloads, or just create the ISO file? Is the ISO file bootable, or just a compact way of storing the folders? Would I then just delete the \ofc and \02k7 folders from the wsusoffline folder, or are there other folders that are obsolete and need to be removed?
