v34 is out now but a few years old, its also not really needed now so I wouldn't bother with it.

I need the exact file to compare with a copy encrypted by cryptolocker to extract encryption key.

don't think u will get it now Microsoft will probs only keep current file on servers. Have u tried doing a google search for it ???
