Error downloading w63-x64 glb

Well, at first i have problem "Download failure for dotnet x64 glb" and then as I surf around this forum.
I've found out that many people has succeeded with this view topic

viewtopic.php?f=3&t=5387

so, i also tried to do everything that is explained in that topic.
then my "download failure for dotnet x64 glb" problem is gone. and the new problem has come

Hello FreakZilla,

Have you retried starting the download procedure? Still the same error then? Maybe it is only a temporary error (internet connection, servers to be reached).

Did you extract the full ZIP file of WSUS Offline Update with all its subfolders?

The thread viewtopic.php?f=3&t=5387 is from January 2016. At that time the download URLs for the Sysinternals Utilities changed from mixed case to lower case. But that was reverted only two weeks later.

If you really edited the file StaticDownloadLinks-sysinternals.txt, because that was suggested 10 months ago, you only created a new error. And the old error is not gone; it is only replaced by an earlier error.

The best approach for new installations is:

• Start with a new archive wsusoffline108.zip and copy it onto the C: drive.
  
  
• Unpack the archive with the free 7-Zip or WinRAR. It is important, that the file modification dates are kept by the archiver. Some archivers, like the built-in Windows utility "Compressed folders", may change all file modification dates to the current date and time. But this prevents an update of the configuration files in the static directory, which may lead to download errors.
  
  
• The wsusoffline directory should now be C:\wsusoffline. Then run the application C:\wsusoffline\UpdateGenerator.exe.

yes i have Gerby,

hburhmaster, I've tried your suggestion but i still have the same problem, but because i re-download wsusoffline108, so my problem is back to the first problem which is "Download failure for dotnet x64"

and for the topic viewtopic.php?f=3&t=6119

I have no idea what it means xD so could you explain it again.

actually that's not my problem now xD. I downloaded the client full with w63 etc. and now when i want to use UpdateInstaller.exe there is a problem
