I can't seem to get WSUSOffline working, this is my log:

and it is true that ..\client\md\hashes-wsus.txt does not exist. In fact there is no md folder...

How can I fix this?

The integrity database is absolutely normal for the first run, since at that time, none exists, yet. Please note that the .\client\md directory does exist if you unpacked the archive correctly.

The actual problem is the defective, unsigned catalog file MS puts out for download. Unfortunately, all you can do is retrying until you get a valid file. We depend on MS, here.
