Problem with IE language downloading

Hello!
I'd like to ask why WSWS downloads only English and German version of Internet Explorer in every OS I select. I select the greek version of OS and it downloads English and German versions and not the greek one and installs the English version if I use it. This occurs in every OS, Windows XP,7,8. Is this a bug or anything else?

That's because you didn't read the documentation before you started using it.

A: Since Service Packs and updates for Windows Vista / 7 / Server 2008(R2) are multilingual, there's no 24-language selection table for these platforms, so by default, only the English and German versions of those localized installation packages for IEx, .NET and MSSE will be downloaded.
To have your favorite locale(s) downloaded in addition, you may use the ...\cmd\AddCustomLanguageSupport.cmd script.

I checked the AddCustomLanguageSupport.cmd script and following the commands I found the txt files in static folder, but I cannot understand what I have to change in order to download the greek version of IE etc. Is there any tutorial I can follow?

Just do the following:
Open a command prompt and enter the following commands

cd <your wsusou dir>\cmd
.\AddCustomLanguageSupport.cmd ell
