will wsus update 8 to 8.1 without windows store?

Great program, I use it and have donated before. But i have a question.. will the program upgrade windows 8 to 8.1 offline?
I have clients with bandwidth issues and i'm just curious if wsus can do it..

WSUSOU doesn't upgrade Windows versions itself, it only installs patches.

For upgrading 8 to 8.1 offline you will need an 8.1 ISO/DVD. It is available on the internet, just Google.
