Not downloading czech updates w61(w62)-x64

I had few errors when instaling updates, lots of czech instalation files were missing.
I guess there is some mistake in not downloading updates in w61 and w62 global multilangual updates. In updates for Windows XP czech everything worked.

The generator determines the correct language from regional settings?

So I had to change these static downloads files:

Had to delete links for german language packs and put those czech ones from:

StaticDownloadLinks-msse-x86-csy.txt

For IE 10 I put the googled link.

But it would not download wsus\client\dotnet\x64-glb\dotnetfx35langpack_x64cs.exe even if the correct link is in StaticDownloadLinks-dotnet-x64-glb.txt no idea why.
So I had to download it manually and generate correct hashes and then everything worked.

Any idea why generator fails to download links from:

AddCustomLanguageSupport.cmd csy works as it should.
I did a quick read through faq before, but I did not notice this.

I wrote some sort of manual for wsus in czech, could be in english too, current http://www.wsusoffline.net/docs/ is very brief, maybe it could be expanded and maybe even add more languages so everybody would know what are all these cmd for.

BTW Thanks for this awesome software, really helps after fresh installation and its really nicely done.
