Please read the HowTo.txt as min. 1 line in the Config.txt must be changed!

My updater is used in Russia? I'm surprised and also happy about that
I can't see an error on your screenshot.
Is E:\ an internal harddisk with NTFS or what type of drive is is it?
What type of OS are you using?

I will upload tomorrow v0.6b, which will show better error descriptions.

v0.6b ist online:
- die Überprüfung auf und die Ausgabe von Fehlern wurde verbessert (ErrorLog.txt)
- improved the check and the output of error and error messages (ErrorLog.txt)

Wird die WSUSOU-UPDATE.CMD noch benötigt? Gibt es eine aktualisierte Version?

Nein, aus der .CMD wurde mit v0.6 ja eine .EXE gemacht. Die .CMD ist somit nicht mehr notwendig.
Ich werde mir mal Gedanken über eine Art "Autoupdate" für die nächste Version machen.
