Possible problem in WSUS v8.0

Noticed when refreshing my WSUS after updating to v8.0 that IE10 for x64 seems to get downloaded twice?
IE10-Windows6.1-x64-en-us.exe'
IE10-Windows6.1-x64-de-de.exe'
en-us and de-de? Is this expected?

Yes it is. en-us is the English version of the IE 10, de-de is the German one.
