[solved] Updates - Failed

What would cause this issues...

The server is allow via the firewall. I am able to download the update if I copy and paste this url into a browser from the same server.

Is .\bin\wget.exe allowed to access the internet?

Issues resolved. Open the firewall and now all update are working.
