Automatic Update of WSUS OU - 7.5 downgrades to 7.4.2

i have just downloaded version 7.5
when starting UpdateGenerator.exe and clicking on "start" i get a message: "a newer version is available: 7.4.2"

in other words:
it tries to "downgrade".
it seems something was wrong with the version comparison?

update:
the version checking is implemented in "CheckOUVersion.cmd".
it pulls the following text file from the web:

and as of today it still has the following contents:

so it either has not been updated on the web server or my system is pulling it from some proxy that is still holding the old contents.

The downloaded file has the timestamp 2012-10-10 11:01:33 and the content:

Could you delete that file and start UpdateGenerator normally and run a download.
If it says, your version is out of date, there may be a problem on your computer / network (cache, proxy ...)

well, in my browser i did SHIFT-F5.
and now it's showing the most recent, updated contents.

and in turn also the wsusoffline no longer tries to downgrade.

conclusion:
either the web content has been updated just recently (withing the last 2 hours or so) or my local network has refreshed the proxy cache by my SHIFT-F5.

anyways: i would suggest to implement some real "version comparison" instead of just doing a plain and simple string comparison.
right now there's a risk of such accidental downgrades when assuming that all local strings != "StaticDownloadLink-recent.txt" would be outdated.
