[solved] Ignoring WSUS settings

Hello, we use a WSUS server and WSUS OU is ignoring that setting and going out to microsoft any way.
Is there a way to force WSUS OU to go to the local WSUS server instead of going to Microsoft (other than configuring the WSUS address, I have already done that and still is going out to microsoft)?
