Now you've downloaded a fresh copy of wsusscn2.cab (30.401.766 Bytes) to ...\client\wsus, haven't you?
Please open a command shell (cmd.exe) in that directory and
- Execute "expand wsusscn2.cab -F:package.cab ." (Ignore the quotation marks, but don't forget the trailing dot).
- Execute "dir" and verify an existing package.cab (6.434.996 Bytes).
- Execute "expand package.cab package.xml"
- Execute "dir" and verify an existing package.xml (54.577.086 Bytes).
If one of these fail, please post the error message.
You may delete package.cab and package.xml afterwards.
