updates not showing field information

I updated my windows 10 1803 build and now when I view my updates installed it no longer shows when updates were installed or types of updates. Before I updated it without this utility it showed that information. Is this a known issue? Can this be resolved?

From which build did you update?
1803.x -> 1803.y
- or -
1709.x -> 1803.y
If you run „appwiz.cpl“ and select „View installed updates“, does it show installed updates for Windows?

This turned out to be caused by a corrupt profile. I deleted the profile and recreated it. Now I see my updates and the publisher information as well as the size and type of update installed and when it installed.
