Unable To Login

Hello,

I just started up a computer I haven't used in quite awhile and I must have used this software to update it. My issue is when it boots it boots to the WOUTempAdmin and asks for a password. I have no clue what is was/is. When I choose to Switch User it only sows "Other User" as an account and I have no idea what that is. No where can I find my Admin account to login with.

How do I get rid of the WOUTempAdmin thing without being able to login using any other account?

Thanks!

Login as "Other user" and enter your login data. Then you should be able to login. Then use .\client\cmd\CleanupRecall.cmd to remove WOUTempAdmin. Reboot your computer. Maybe you need to manually delete the profile as the script sometimes failes to delete it for an unknown reason.

Thank you for the reply. Unfortunately, like I said above I don't know what the "Other User" account is nor it's login user name and password.

So, can I assume I am stuck with having to wipe the drives and reloading the OS from scratch?

What about this password reset disk?

If you choose "Other user" it will ask you for login data. Just use your user name & password.

Your normal user name and password. If your user name was "admin" and the password "test", login with "admin" and "test".

"Other User" = Use this if you don't see the your user account in the list. Enter username and password of your account. "Other User" isn't an account name.

This is what I see when I choose Switch User.

"Other User" is another account that I do no have the user name or password to. "admin" and "test" did not work.

So, since I am unable to access EITHER account, is there any other option to get into this computer? When I choose password rest it asks for something to be connected to the usb port or use a cd, when I connect something it says it's not the password rest disk........ What is a password reset disk?

You did create a user account, when you set up Windows, did you?
Use this login data.

Ok,,, I apologize I guess there must be a language miscommunication in all of my previous posts as I have said several times
I DO NOT HAVE THE USER NAME OR PASSWORD FOR THE "OTHER USER" ACCOUNT.

I'll move on and wipe the drive and reinstall the OS and NEVER use this WSUSOffline program again.
