Error: File integrity verification failure

i am new to this. i took this responsibility over from a former co-worker and while it was working for him on his computer it is not working for me even though the wsusoffline application is located on the network drive... so it has not been modified.
i select windows 7 x64 with options 'clean up download directories', 'include service packs', 'verify downloaded updates', and 'include c++ runtime libraries and .net frameworks'. also, i select create iso image 'per selected product and language'.
when i select start it appears to download the products but then fails with

"verifying integrity of .net frameworks' installation files...
..\dotnet\dotnetfx35.exe: no match
hashdeep64.exe: audit failed
files matched: 4
new files found: 1
error: file integrity verification failure
press any key to continue..."

i verified that wsusoffline\client\dotnet\dotnetfx35.exe exists. i'm hoping there is a simple fix i'm unaware of???

Please delete .\client\md\hashes-dotnet.txt and restart the download.

everything went well for windows 7 x64 download and iso creation but failed for office 2010. i found that there were similar files that needed to be deleted for office 2010 (ofc) in that same directory including hashes-ofc-enu.txt, hashes-ofc-glb.txt, hashes-o2k10-enu.txt, and hashes-o2k10-glb.txt. wsus offline re-created them after running successfully. i will definitely be donating
