Problem with Spanish patches not found

Hi everyone. This is my first post! yey! well, i want to know how shoud i inform that there are some packages that are missing for Spanish language. Examples are the Internet Explorer and DirectX updates. I looked in the folders and there are packages for another languages that i never selected.
