This forum has some tutorial about creating your own update?
You just insert the direct download link into the appropriate text file for your OS (in the ./static subdirectory). Additionally, insert the KB number of your update into the correcsponding file in the ./client/static directory to have it installed.

Example: If the target OS is English 32bit XP the download link would go to

./static/StaticDownloadLinks-wxp-x86-enu.txt

and the KB number for installation into

./client/static/StaticUpdateIds-wxp-x86.txt

Visit the support page for the update and grab the direct download link from the MS Download Center.

Today I got the first, KB2751352, rated as important. Doesn't seem to be security critical, so from a WSUSOU point of view there aren't any Windows 8 security updates, yet.
