Server 2003 keine Berechtigung

Hallo Zusammen,

ich habe mir bereits die FAQs und die Suche durchgelesen. Leider habe ich nichts dazu gefunden. Der WSUSOffline wird bei uns in der Firma sehr erfolgreich und ich bin auch sehr zufrieden, Ihr habt da was echt cooles aufgebaut.

Ich habe das Problem das ich sobald ich den UpdateInstaller.exe auf einem Server ausführe, bekomme ich die Meldung das ich keinen Zugriff darauf habe. Ich bin als Domänenadmin angemeldet und auf jedem "normalen" PC funktioniert es.

Ich verwende: Windows Server 2003 R2 Standard Edition mit Service Pack 2
Der WSUSOffline liegt auf \\*anderer Server*\Freigaben\Transfer\ und dieser Pfad ist als Netzlaufwerk T: angelegt. Wie gesagt auf den PCs funktioniert es einwandfrei, allerdings auf keinem Server (außer auf dem Hoster).

das hört sich für mich nach einem Problem mit den Freigabeberechtigungen an.
Können Sie auf einem Server, auf dem die Installation nicht funktioniert, bitte mal ein Kommandozeilenfenster öffnen, mit "net use" die verbundenen Netzlaufwerke überprüfen und den Updateinstaller von dort starten?

Hallo Torsten,

danke für die schnelle Antwort. Sehr merkwürdig das es funktioniert. Über die Console verbindet er das Netzlaufwerk und kann auch auf den UpdateInstaller zugreifen. Das ist dann wohl noch eine Windows Krankheit. Naja evtl. steigen wir ja bald auf 2008 um.

Aktuell habe ich ein weiteres Problem beim Updaten eines Clients(meines PCs). Ich habe gestern das Verzeichnis *\client\md\ geleert und dann alle Updates verglichen bzw. neu heruntergeladen, da ich auch bei dem Download der Updates vom Microsoft Server hatte. Der Download verlief ohne Fehler. Allerdings habe ich bei dem Client jetzt Fehler. Ich habe den kompletten log vom heute Update mal eingefügt. Sehr merkwürdig finde ich das teilweise Updates nicht gefunden werden.

1) Der Download der Updates wurde ohne die Definitionen für den Windows Defender durchgeführt, deshalb findet der die auch nicht. (Haken im Update Generator setzen)
2) die beiden nciht gefundenen KB sind Updates für Visual Studio und Silverlight - beides wird vom WOU nicht unterstützt da nur für Windows und Office gedacht.
3) Schwerwiegender finde ich die Probleme bei den Installation der dotnet4 updates. Das Log muß sich el Cheffe mal ansehen. Das "errorlevel: 1642" bedeutet "Patch target not found", entweder sind die Updates schon installiert aber nicht als solche erkannt worden oder es fehlt ein Update um die Installation der beiden neueren zu ermöglichen.

Das finde ich auch.
Unglücklicherweise gibt's bei der "silent"-Installation eben nur einen Returncode <> 0 und keine GUI-Fehlermeldung.
Sind zu kb2478663 und kb2518870 noch Protokolldateien in %SystemRoot%\Temp, also i.d.R. C:\Windows\Temp, vorhanden?
Welche Fehlermeldung erhalten Sie, wenn Sie die Pakete manuell zu installieren versuchen?
Werden Ihnen diese auch vom Online (Microsoft) Update zur Installation angeboten?
Läuft die Installation dann erfolgreich?

3. das Windows-Update läuft gerade. Kann allerdings aufgrund der langsamen Internetleitung (wieso ich auch froh bin den WSUS offline zu haben) dauern. Ich poste sobald ich die Info habe

Ich habe über das Live-Update jedes Update zur Installation ausgewählt. Allerdings sind folgende Updates Fehlgeschlagen:

- KB2534366
- KB2446708
- KB2478663

Das kb2518870 finde ich nicht unter den installierten Updates und war auch nicht möglich im Windows Update auszuwählen.

Ich werf dotnet 4.0 einmal komplett runter und installiere es neu.

Nach deinstallation und erneuter installation hat er via wsusoffline auch das KB2518870 installiert. Ich vermute da war ein Problem mit der .msi von dotnetfx4, da ich bei der Deinstallation nach der .msi gefragt wurde, da der PC sie nicht finden konnte. Vielleicht konnten deshalb auch die Updates nicht installiert werden.

Das Problem bei Windows 7 ist das bei beispielsweise Windows XP der Ordnerinhalt von C:\Windows\Installer\ gelöscht werden kann, allerdings nicht bei Windows 7. Auch Office 2010 macht dann Probleme weil es nicht mehr auf die .msi zugreifen kann.
